MINI dealer

When I dropped my car in for a paint repair they asked me if I wanted a wash and vaccum of my car, I said yes please. They had my car for over a day and when i came to pick it up my car had not been washed or vaccumed? Surely it should have been washed before it was painted? Why ask if I wanted that service it if they weren't going to do it? It just leaves the customer disappointed.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. Spent maybe 2.5 hours on hold over 4 days trying to get a part ordered from Germany, had to ring other departments and get put through to the parts department, was promised calls back or follow up emails time and again once I finally got to speak with someone but heard nothing from them. The last straw as when one of their team hung up the phone on me when I expressed my frustration. Could not be more disappointed with the poor level of service. I recommend going to any other BMW service department ahead of this one as this has been possibly one of the worst customer experiences of my life, particularly from a company that promises so much yet has failed to deliver.

The other day I had an emergency and I just showed up at the service department. Shaun the service manager went above and beyond to help me in my emergency. He got me a loan car to be available to get myself and kids around for the day and had my car fix and ready for pick up by the end of the business day. Thank you very much Shaun.

Doug has been awesome all through the waiting journey of 4 months! He has been extremely responsive and helpful throughout which is much appreciated. The delivery experience was par excellence indeed! Hats off to Eugene and Doug, who to my mind are brands in themselves and endeavour to make the entire Mini purchase experience a grand one! Take a bow boys. Enrica and I love our New Mini!!! :-)

I was able to demo drive long before making my decision about buying. When I then placed my order I was offered the option of BMW finance or was free to look for my own. I never felt pressured with this and not rushed. I was given updates of where my car was in the build and transport process. On collection day the process was clear and gave me confidence to drive off knowing I had a lot of practical information about my MINI JCW

We bought a John Cooper Works all 4 about 2 years ago and have had nothing but troubles with the servicing at Auto classic. The receptionist was abrasive with my wife when she called to report a fault with the car when driving it home from a service that very morning. Every time we go in, part of the 5 year service free warranty, there is another $1,000 found for something that was reported fine 6 month prior for its scheduled checkup. No wash and clean as too busy to do it. Due to the fault they came out to recalibrate sensors and fix what they missed the previous day. They are coming back out again as they have put grease on the leather seats which is not easily removed, stains and ruins the leather. One service has become 3 days to get it right. Not happy and will not be taking it back again.

Had a fantastic buying experience with sales rep Pavle, he was honest, down to earth, and is a funny guy. Showed us the car from top to bottom and every single feature it had to offer and was non pushy when negotiating, very fair and true to his word. Christine was also a lovely, happy, friendly lady to deal with, with regards to aftercare and warranty, all thoroughly explained in black and white. We will be returning customers. Thanks again!

Process was quick and smooth. The test drive was also fun. They don’t pressure you to buy and always respond friendly&professionally to our queries. Enjoying my F56 now and all thanks to Doug, Eugene, and Roy!
